Glasgow recovery community highlights the importance of aftercare

Attendance has risen from 30 people, a decade ago, to now over 300 a week

Recent figures show far too many people are still dying in Scotland from drugs, despite a national strategy and 250 million pounds committed to tackling the crisis.

Tomorrow the taskforce, given the role of coming up with new solutions, will publish its final report.

Ahead of its recommendations, STV news has been speaking to one recovery community in Glasgow on how it’s prioritising aftercare and a whole family approach for those leaving treatment.
