A man described as a “useful idiot” who set fire to a beauty salon in Edinburgh as part of a gangland fued has been jailed.
Logan Carlin, 24, carried out the attack on the business whose owner had links to a rival organised crime group.
Sentencing him to seven years and four months in prison, the judge said the fire could have put people in “mortal danger”.
