Since the start of the conflict in the Middle East, the price of a litre of fuel has doubled for small businesses.
As a result, the cost of running a fishing boat has soared by tens of thousands of pounds.
Businesses relying on the industry say they’ll struggle to absorb the extra costs and are calling on the Government to step in to keep the industry afloat.
