The shortage of fruit and vegetables in British supermarkets could last for a month.
It had been hoped it would be a short term problem, but today the UK Food Minister Therese Coffey said it could go on until mid March at the earliest.
Smaller grocer shops don’t appear to be affected – but supply issues have forced four big supermarkets to ration certain vegetables to just a few per customer.
