Fruit and veg stocks to remain low amid supply issues

So, what's causing all of this? And when can we expect it to end?

The shortage of fruit and vegetables in British supermarkets could last for a month.

It had been hoped it would be a short term problem, but today the UK Food Minister Therese Coffey said it could go on until mid March at the earliest.

Smaller grocer shops don’t appear to be affected – but supply issues have forced four big supermarkets to ration certain vegetables to just a few per customer.
