Frontline social care staff to see pay rise to £12 an hour

Humza Yousaf said the pay rise would help recruit and retain more staff

The First Minister also announced a pay rise for frontline social care staff, something he had promised during the SNP leadership contest.

From April, staff will get at least £12 per hour, an increase of £1.10.
