A Queen Margaret University study has been looking into how the sport is helping people with conditions like MS take part in high intensity exercise – which can usually be difficult or impossible to achieve.

Two women told STV News that discovering frame running has been life-changing and that they want others to experience the sport.

With each bike costing roughly £2,000, cost can be a barrier to entry, but there are now a number of clubs across the country.
