Four men at the centre of a massive corruption and bribery plot have been jailed for a total of 29 years following an investigation at health boards across Scotland.
The men include two directors of the Ayrshire-based telecoms firm Oricom Ltd, and two senior NHS officials who helped them secure over £6m in contracts, in return for gifts and cash.
The judge described their crimes as “self serving, arrogant, and mendacious”.
