A former sheriff has admitted making sexual and racist remarks about a pornographic film while he was leading an online training day for fellow judges.
Alastair Duff, who once represented the Lockerbie bomber, was heard making the comments after he left his microphone on during a lunch break.
The former Sheriff, who retired weeks after the incident – has been fined £1,275 after admitting his guilt at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
