The former chair of Live Active Leisure is questioning Perth and Kinross Council’s plans to relocate the city’s leisure facilities to a car park.
The local authority revealed its latest proposal for the long-awaited PH 20 project – which would replace Perth Leisure Pool and partly restore Bell’s Sports Centre.
But now they’ve been countered by a retired board member of Live Active Leisure – who’s come up with rival plans.
