FM says quick decision will be made on Caldwell public inquiry

Iain Packer was jailed last week for Emma's murder in 2005.

The First Minister says a quick decision will be made on whether to hold a public inquiry into the investigation of the murder of Emma Caldwell.

Humza Yousaf has been meeting Emma’s family, who are demanding answers into why it took 19 years to convict her killer.

Packer was also found guilty of raping and abusing many other women.
