The First Minister says lessons will be learned from a comprehensive review into the neglect and abuse of four children in a squalid Glasgow Drug den.
Meanwhile, a child sexual abuse expert has told STV news she is “astonished” the children were not taken into care quicker.
It was revealed in court that there had been concerns about the children for several years before action was taken.
