Two fishermen have been praised for rescuing a humpback whale entangled in a fishing rope off the north-east coast of Skye.
It’s the fourth incident of its kind since December, when experts recorded a stark increase in whale populations in the area.
Now, the fishing community are working to help reduce the risk of entanglements.
