Opposition parties have accused the First Minister of weakness for failing to take action

The First Minister has rejected calls to suspend Nicola Sturgeon from the SNP following her arrest.

Humza Yousaf says he will treat the former party leader the same as other members who were arrested and released without charge.

Nicola Sturgeon was interviewed for more than 7 hours yesterday as part of an investigation into SNP finances and fundraising.
