The First Minister says he’s “deeply concerned” he learned about a seized oil tanker arriving in the Moray Firth from the media.
The Marinera, a Russian-flagged vessel, was spotted on Tuesday alongside a US Coastguard boat.
It was captured by special forces in the North Atlantic a week ago.
