The MP for Livingston has described the nearly twenty-year saga over the Deans South housing estate as “one of the greatest scandals of our time.”
Hannah Bardell was speaking as building work begins on replacement homes at the site.
People living there having been fighting for a suitable deal since their properties were condemned in 2004, because of defects in the construction.
