Fire crews remain at Arthur’s Seat after wildfire breaks out

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service say it's too early to determine a cause, but say human involvement is likely.

Fire crews remain at the scene of a blaze at Arthur’s Seat which ignited more than 24 hours ago.

Emergency services were called to the landmark on Sunday afternoon, with smoke from the blaze spotted from as far away as Fife.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service say its too early to determine a cause, but say human involvement is likely.
