A man fighting extradition to the United States has been ordered to provide another set of fingerprints to resolve what prosecutors say is “the only and centre issue” in his extradition case.
The sheriff ruled the process to confirm the identity of Nicholas Rossi should be repeated in the interests of justice. In another development, prosecutors in Salt Lake County have filed a 2nd charge of rape against Rossi.
