The First Minister insists the Scottish Government would not repeat the mistakes made in the deal to build two new ferries which are five years behind schedule. The row over the contract with Ferguson Marine dominated First Minister’s Questions.
The ferries are currently two and a half times over budget. Opposition parties once again questioned why the original agreement was made without a refund guarantee which would have protected public money. Our Political Correspondent Ewan Petrie reports.
