Let down by the system. The parents of a baby, who died just 12 hours and one minute after being born at Wishaw General Hospital in Lanarkshire, say they were failed in all ways.

Mira-Belle Bosch’s parents told a Fatal Accident Inquiry that despite being a low risk pregnancy, medical team’s inability to think outside the box in a crisis led to their daughter’s death.
