Farmers are calling on the Scottish Government to change the legislation around the control of badgers, warning their increasing numbers are wrecking livelihoods.
They claim the animals pose a risk to their land and livestock.
It’s a criminal offence to kill a badger or tamper with their setts.
The Scottish Government said it doesn’t have plans to change protections.
