Farmers are calling on supermarkets to back Scottish produce by improving labelling and increasing their use of local suppliers.
The National Farming Union for Scotland has undertaken one of its largest surveys to date and found that less than 20% of produce on sale was labelled as Scottish.
Their findings have also sparked a wider debate about the price farmers receive.
