The farmer who discovered a couple lying in their car, three days after they crashed off the M9 motorway, has been commended for his brave actions.
The Fatal Accident Inquiry into the deaths of John Yuill and Lamara Bell, who died in July 2015, heard how Robert Finlay stayed by Lamara’s side as she pleaded for help.
