It’s the end of an equestrian era, as the final Blair Castle Horse Trials get under way.
Earlier this year the owners of the estate said they wanted to use the land the competition is held on, for regenerative agriculture.
With thousands of people wanting to visit and compete at the final Blair – organisers say they’ve had to add an extra day, to keep up with demand.
