Organisers of Edinburgh’s Winter Festivals are looking at what measures they can put in place should there be adverse weather conditions.
Last year, the world-renowned Hogmanay celebrations in the capital were cancelled, but despite that, organisers insist this had “little or no impact” on the benefit to the city.
