Edinburgh to introduce fines for parking on pavement

It's the first local authority to take advantage of national regulations which begin in December

Drivers in Edinburgh will soon be fined for parking on pavements.

The crack-down will also target those who double park or who leave their vehicle next to a dropped kerb.
