Edinburgh is preparing to introduce a Low Emission Zone this summer, meaning vehicles will need to meet strict emissions standards to enter the city centre or pay a fine.
The Federation of Small Businesses say it’s independent trade that will be most affected by the scheme and that lessons must be learnt by the recent roll out of a LEZ in Glasgow.
