Dundee’s Low Emission Zone on eve of enforcement

The city centre ban on old petrol and diesel vehicles will be enforced from Thursday.

But on the eve of Dundee’s low emission zone going live, businesses are raising concerns about the potential impact it’ll have on footfall.
