Dundee researchers trialling new oesophageal cancer treatment

It comes in the form of an injection and is made from technology used to create a Covid-19 vaccine.

“It could completely change the way we treat cancer”, say researchers at the University of Dundee who are trialling a new treatment for people with gastro-oesophageal cancer.

One woman from Broughty Ferry has become the first person with her type of cancer in Europe to receive the drug.
