It was developed in Dundee 15 years ago and is now helping tens of thousands of people with diabetes across the country better manage the condition.
The “My Diabetes, My Way” technology allows people to directly access their health records.
With more people being diagnosed with the condition and the cost of treatment growing, the tech is helping to save the NHS money.
