Dundee council backs new school despite cost rise to £100m

The council says it's made changes to its spending plans to ensure the school is built

Dundee’s education convener, is insisting the development of a new high school remains “value for money” – despite construction costs spiralling, to £100 million.

Work on the East End Community Campus – which will replace the fire-hit Braeview Academy and ageing Craigie High – is now underway.
