A safe consumption room for drug users could open in Glasgow within a matter of weeks and one man is telling STV News that his brother might still be alive if they’d been brought in sooner.
The Lord Advocate has announced individuals won’t be prosecuted for using these facilities and some campaigners want them introduced as soon as possible.
