Riot officers were deployed on the streets of Dundee last night as groups of youths set fires, blocked roads, set off fireworks and damaged property.
A year on from the Halloween riots – which saw mobs rampage through the streets – disturbances flared up again in the Kirkton area of the city.
The Council Leader, who comes from Kirkton, has condemned the actions of those involved, branding them ‘morons’.
