Radical plans to reshape Perth’s leisure venues WILL NOT include the removal of the city’s curling rink.
Councillors have amended proposals which would see the Dewars Centre, Perth Leisure Pool and Bell’s Sports Centre replaced with one single facility.
They’ve voted to ensure an ice rink and family friendly swimming is part of the new development.
