Deadline passes for Brenda Page killer to lodge appeal

Christopher Harrisson was jailed for life in March for the murder of his ex-wife in 1978

The deadline has passed for the killer of Aberdeen woman Brenda Page to appeal against his conviction and sentence.

It later emerged he planned to appeal the sentence and murder conviction.

But today it was confirmed that no paperwork has been lodged.
