Deadline approaches for XL Bully exemption certificates

From the first of August it will be an offence to own an XL Bully without one

The deadline is looming for XL Bully owners to apply for an exemption certificate – or face jail time.

Campaigners have called the ban “disastrous” for the breed, with owners saying they’ve been told to give up their dog, or risk losing their home, or even their children.
