The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service are looking into potential criminality after vulnerable and elderly people across Scotland were allegedly forcefully mis-sold insulation products.

Earlier this week, STV News told how Trading Standards had seen a huge rise in the number of people who had been targeted – costing them more than half a million pounds in total to install and repair.
