Court of Session to livestream court cases for first time

For now the broadcasts will only cover appeals in the civil courts rather than anything with witnesses

For the first time in Scotland court cases are to be regularly streamed live as they happen.

The senior judge who’s overseen the project says it’s important to widen public access to the justice system.
