Ten years ago today, same-sex marriage was made legal in Scotland.
It was a monumental moment of acceptance and recognition for thousands of people across the country.
Susan and Gerrie were the first lesbian couple to have a wedding ceremony here, and while they’re proud of how far society has come since then, they say there’s still a long way to go until there’s full acceptance of the LGBTQ community.
