Residents on an Edinburgh street, where a man was killed in a gas explosion last December, say they’ve been hounded over energy bills for their homes – despite not being able to return to their properties since the incident on Baberton Mains Avenue.
One couple has told STV News it adds “insult to injury” after their house was incorrectly sent bills, reminders and threats of escalation, even after they informed Scottish Power they weren’t living there.
