A red bull can and a confession to a girlfirend proved crucial in solving the three year mystery of missing cyclist Tony Parsons.
The High Court in Glasgow heard today that Alexander McKeller revealed his crimes to his partner before taking her to the peat bog where he and his brother Robert had buried the 63-year old.
Mr Parsons was killed when the car being driven by drunken Alexander McKeller with Robert as a passenger hit him late at night on the A82 near Bridge of Orchy – the brothers didn’t call for help – instead dumping him in a shallow grave.
