Hundreds of young women have taken part in an annual conference aimed at inspiring youngsters to pursue a career in the energy sector.
The sector is currently one of the least gender-diverse in the global economy.
The Girls in Energy conference hopes to change that, with almost 250 young women participating in the latest event in Aberdeen.
