Concerns raised about new Land Reform Bill

Concerns have been raised about the Land Reform Bill currently being mooted in the Scottish Parliament.

The legislation hopes to give communities more say and influence when land is sold and to boost tenants rights.

But critics say it’s overly complicated and will hamper good work already being done by major landowners.
