Scotland's most senior prosecutor has warned there's "profound concerns"

The Lord Advocate says plans to change the size of juries and the proportion of jurors required to gain a guilty verdict are “very concerning”.

Dorothy Bain argued it’ll make it more difficult to secure convictions.
