Concern after council cuts to cover £14m budget deficit

Residents from one local authority have expressed their concerns after their council announced budget cutting plans that could see free music tuition in schools scrapped and libraries closed.

Midlothian Council says it has to bridge a projected spending gap of nearly £14 million this year.

The public consultation will close next week.
