A Perthshire community has been speaking of their shock after a man was shot and killed while walking his dog.
But tonight, questions are being asked on why detectives took TEN days to reveal the shooting had taken place.
Police said the death was initially thought to be medical-related, but a post mortem confirmed Mr Low was shot.
