Communities across Scotland will come together tomorrow to remember family and friends who they lost to a drug-related death.
Drug services are not immune to this loss. Staff at one centre in Glasgow have been reflecting on the challenges of the last 12 months.
They say alcohol together with poly drug use is adding to the complexity of this escalating crisis.
