A common epilepsy medication could help to control seizures in children with a rare genetic brain disorder, according to researchers at the University of Edinburgh.

They have been looking into a condition, the GRIN2B-Related Disorder, which affects the nervous system of young children and can lead to severe autism and intellectual disability as well as epilepsy, movement and muscular disorders.
