College unveils plans to turn shopping centre into new campus

The £265m project hopes to breathe new life into the struggling high streets.

Dundee & Angus College has unveiled plans to transform the Wellgate shopping centre into a new campus.

A similar move is proposed for its Arbroath facility, which will be moved to the Abbeygate shopping centre.

It is hoped the change will bring jobs and investment to the area.
