Clackmannanshire is the latest local authority – like most across Scotland – to freeze council tax.
Only two councils are defying the Scottish Government’s plans to freeze bills. People in Argyll and Bute will see a 10% rise– while councillors in Inverclyde voted to set an 8% increase for households there.
