After more than a year of campaigning, Aberdeen City Council is due in court tomorrow to defend the city’s controversial bus gates.
Retailer Norman Esslemont is representing some of the city’s businesses, who claim the measures weren’t lawfully made permanent.
Over two years, the local authority has issued more than 100,000 fines.
